SERVING SUGGESTION
Use as a base for burgers or any favourite sandwich filling
Place all the dough ingredients except sesame seeds into the mixer.
Knead until the dough have an even consistency.
Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 45 minutes.
SHAPING
Divide the dough into 6 pieces at approximately 100g each.
Shape each dough and place them on a parchment lined baking tray.
Cover with a cloth to prevent the dough drying out and let it rest at room temperature for 45 minutes.
BAKING
Preheat oven at 160˚C.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on each dough if desired and bake for 30 minutes at 160˚C.
Cool to room temperature before serving.
