Preparation: 10 minutes Baking: 40 minutes Total waiting/resting: 45 minutes
Place all the dough ingredients into the stand mixer with batter hook except for the salt.
Mix till fairly smooth.
Add salt and continue to knead till its smooth.
SHAPING
Shape the dough to your desired shape.
Dust a layer of flour.
Place dough on a baking tray, cover with a cloth and proof for approximately 45 minutes.
BAKING
Pre-heat the oven at 170˚C and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow bread to cool before serving.
