누텔라 도넛

반죽 준비

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except butter, for 5 minutes at low speed.
  2. Add the butter a little at a time, every 1-2 minutes, until it is fully incorporated.
    This may take 8-10 minutes.
  3. Round and smoothen the dough. Ferment for 2 hours in the chiller.

성형 및 튀기기

  1. 반죽을 주먹으로 쳐 가스를 뺀 뒤 1.5mm 두께로 말아 15분간 휴지합니다.
  2. 반죽칼로 반죽을 원하는 크기대로 잘라 트레이 위에 올립니다.
  3. 30˚C에서 약 45분간, 혹은 반죽이 두 배 크기가 될 때까지 발효하세요.
  4. 180˚C에서 약 1~2분간, 혹은 양면이 모두 노릇노릇한 갈색이 될 때까지 튀깁니다.
  5. 팬에서 꺼내 식혀주세요.

 

마무리:

  1. 누텔라를 도넛 안에 짜 넣으세요.
  2. 데코 스노우를 위에 뿌려줍니다.
